Hello Red! I am indeed a double armer. It’s not quite back to normal, but it’s improving by the day. Hooray. And I agree about the weather, it’s crisp but sunny today. The loveliest. Spring needs to get its buttocks round here ASAP. Sooo bored of winter. Why am I living in Britain again? Oh yeah, the other stuff.
