Some of you might have noticed that content has been a bit scant round here lately. If you follow me on Twitter or know me in real life – and how chilling to notice I put those options in that order, eh? Brrr – then you’ll know I broke my right wrist a couple of weeks ago. What larks.
Here’s my right arm, e’en as I type:
Actually, that was a week ago. But it’s still on there and will be until January.
As luck would have it, I’m right-handed.
I’m hoping to be a lot more prolific in the new year, but please bear with me in the meantime. The Twelve Days Of Christmas posts aren’t likely to appear after all. And, despite the poignant banner at the top (which I prepared long before my injury), my friends and family will unfortunately not be getting many hand made gifts (which I didn’t). Buttocks.
Still. Worse things happen at sea and on land. Hope you’re all having a magnificent advent so far. Regale me with festive gaieties whenever the fancy takes you.

That is not what getting plastered for the festive season is meant to be about…
Hope it mends speedily and well.
Thanks Red!
Oh look! It is snowing outside and on your blog simultaneously! That is fab!
You’re no slouch at this stuff even with one hand strapped up. Either that or climate change has made the outdoor weather come inside…
