What to do on a sunny day when you’re meant to be working

This is probably the most pointless YouTube tutorial of all time. Still, filming was much more fun than working.

Postculturist TV still 1 Must apologise for the gratuitous sexism about men’s thumbnails being unsuitable for daisy chain manufacture. I don’t know what possessed me. That is, of course, bilge. I’ve added an on-screen caption out of shame.

    That is fantastic!

“they’ve already been fondled too much…”

Honestly, that was just the laugh I needed after a particularly hard week and a half. The caption was also excellent. Actually it is a minute and 23 seconds of general brilliance.

    More films please!

(I do now see what your question about rotating video frames was about. I had this problem with a duck. It looked a little strange waddling vertically.)

Is it quibbling to say that you are making the slit too hnear the head of the daisy and thus LOSING VALUABLE STALK LENGTH in your chain?

Yes, it probably is. I am going to watch again now.

Your sadly uncredited colleague also deserves plaudits for the wonderful line: “In fact, better that way…”

  3. Queenie says:

Ah, see that’s a contentious issue, isn’t it? I’ve always favoured the daisy-heavy version with loads of long stalks hanging, so you get more daisies per centimetre. But it’s a lot quicker to use the VALUABLE STALK LENGTH method you propose. Wars have been fought over less.

Thanks for tuning in, Red. Yes, colleague should probably be credited, but I’d better check with him first. He may prefer to deny all knowledge. I’ve only just noticed he refers to it as a Daisy Chainsaw. And yes, I’m afraid there may well be more films. Some even more useless than this, if that doesn’t strain credulity.

    Marvellous :)
